In the manufacturing process of cardboard sheets (made of paper), plywood has been used for many years as a transport base for the completed cardboard sheets (in a stacked state). However, there are issues with the plywood base in terms of weight, safety, and durability, and you were looking for an alternative product. Issues: 1. Since the base is for cardboard raw paper, the plywood is large and quite heavy, resulting in a significant burden for setting up and cleaning up. 2. Although it is transported on a roller conveyor, if the base bends, it can hinder the transfer between conveyors. 3. There have been past incidents where broken pieces of plywood or splinters have caused injuries to workers. 4. Plywood can crack, and its durability is not high at all.
